Tomorrow we begin our search for Debra Ann Wilhite, who’s been missing since 1974 from Evansville, Indiana. Debra was just 19 years old, a young mother of two, when she vanished after leaving her shift at the Windmill Restaurant. She was last seen driving away in her green 1966 Ford Galaxie and neither she nor her car have ever been found.

Over the years, there have been many rumors and theories, but no answers. Tomorrow, we’ll begin searching some of the possible areas tied to her disappearance and bring fresh eyes to this 50-year-old mystery.

Our hope is to shed new light, bring awareness, and most importantly, honor Debra’s family who have lived with decades of uncertainty. Debra’s story matters. She has not been forgotten.

The vehicle in post isn’t her vehicle but this is what we will be searching for.
