their business through digital marketing. At 40, I faced a life-changing diagnosis: triple-negative breast cancer with only a 30% chance of survival. Nursing had been my calling and my gift, but cancer reshaped my priorities. I wanted to align my life and work with impact,

purpose, and relationships. That search led me to discover social media management and digital marketing. With my background in healthcare, coaching, and education, the skillsets clicked. In 2015, I launched Fresh Impact Social Media—a boutique marketing agency helping businesses grow their visibility online. Since then, my mission has been clear: simplify marketing so business owners can focus on what they do best. Just as patients often overcomplicate health and nutrition, many entrepreneurs overcomplicate social media. I can hardly believe it’s been seven years since that very first Coffee N Connections. I still remember driving to the meet-up, praying that someone—anyone—would come. I had no idea it would grow into such a beautiful community. 💛

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible women who are making a real impact in their families, workplaces, and communities. Watching friendships form, confidence grow, and connections flourish has been one of the greatest blessings. The encouragement, the support, the “no drama mama” energy, it’s everything I hoped this group could be. ✨

One of the things I cherish most is that while we all come from different walks of life and hold different beliefs, we show up with kindness, respect, and a shared desire to uplift one another.
