Some gusty winds from non thunderstorms possible overnight as the next cold front moves in. A few showers and thunderstorms are also possible early tomorrow morning.

Here is everyone's unique climatology tidbit for the day (that no one probably asked for):

In the 150 year period-of-record at Little Rock, there have been more Christmas Days with a high temp of 70F or greater (6), than there have been either White Christmases (observed measurable snowfall) (4), or snow already on the ground (snow depth greater than 1") (4).

Currently, the forecast suggests we have a good chance of adding 2025 to the list of 70F+ Christmas Days in Little Rock.

How about some rare lake effect snow here in the Ozarks. With the Arctic front moving through along with the correct wind direction and warmer lake temperatures we are seeing some lake effect snow show up on radar.
