The Harrison Police Department is proud to be a part of the Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The news release below is from a two (2) month operation which includes the City of Harrison and the Boone County area.

🚨 Harrison Police Department Supports Major ICAC Operations in Arkansas 🚨
The Harrison Police Department is proud to be a dedicated partner in the Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, working to protect our most vulnerable — our children — from online exploitation.
As part of a two-month statewide effort, including the City of Harrison and Boone County, we joined forces with the Arkansas State Police and local, state, and federal agencies in two major operations:
📁 Operation Safe Online Summer (SOS)
📅 April 1 – April 30, 2025
✅ 76 investigations opened
✅ 54 arrests made (4 hands-on offenders)
✅ 13 children rescued
✅ 24 new victims identified
✅ 86 search warrants executed
✅ 13+ terabytes of digital evidence analyzed
🍪 Operation Cookie Crumbs
📅 May 1 – May 16, 2025
✅ 20 investigations opened
✅ 28 arrests made (1 hands-on offender)
✅ 1 child rescued, 2 new victims identified
✅ 31 residential compliance checks
✅ 70 devices examined
