This is the ONLY time we are offering Fundamentals of Social Dancing for 2025.

That's right. This is it. Why?

Because 250 of your friends already enrolled in the class last year and are now dance addicts and they want more advanced offerings.

They want performance team practices.

They want out-of-town fancy instructors to teach workshops.

They want to participate in community events.

They want socials.

And we can't do it all 🤷🏽

So, February is our first and ONLY Fundamentals class offered this year. If you think you have two left feet and want to get into dance, now is your last chance!

Have you spent time feeling the touch of your partner lately?
It's an important thing to according to every objective metric related to human well-being. Want a little fun trick for more connective touch?
Try one of our favorite exercises from our connective instinct training for couples- The Embrace
1. Turn on some soothing/romantic music
2. Connect together in a relaxed embrace, try to have as much physical connection as possible, make sure you both feel comfortable and balanced.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Hold still with no movement and focus on feeling your physical connection. Double check that you are completely relaxed, you should feel no tension in your embrace, adjust if you need to.
5. Breathe deeply in and out at the same time together. (Agree together who will initiate the breath in, the other should respond to the breath of the other by breathing in as well.)
6. Breathing and holding still spend the time feeling one another for 2 whole songs.
7. Open your eyes and spend a song looking into each others eyes, keep breathing together.
You're finished, go ahead and enjoy whatever happens next! 😉😜
