Went out to the pond the other day to test out some new techniques and baits. The boys and i had a blast documenting fish from this relatively new pond. Overall was a great day!

First Stop ORC Southern division

Tournament log

Water looked great and current was perfect. Mainly targeted smallmouth the whole day attacking breaks and deep heavy rock. We found fish just not the right size or species. Overall had a good day on the water and was happy to find some fish knowing that it was my first time ever being on this stretch of river.

As always I'm learning everyday and getting better! Thank you all for supporting me with such kindness. It is very tough out there but i know this is where god wants me to be!!

Well the first round of the ORC Southern division went as expected sadly. For me its a brand new stretch of river and its a tough one. Managed to turn in 2 and had a good time. Had a lot of bites but I could not manage to get the size or right species.

The river is a grind and im going to keep at it. I learned a lot today!
