MDSF Melissa Delmonico Foundation was started by her father Michael. Melissa lost her life to a tragic murder in her home in Cranston, RI on January 29, 2009.

Melissa Delmonico Scholarship is available to all 2nd year college students in the medical field, who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher without regard to Age, Race, Religion, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, or Physical Disability.
