Just hit a big milestone today…I’ve officially said goodbye to 7️⃣0️⃣ pounds forever!

I still can’t believe it! I’ll never forget my first zoom call with my doctor he asked me what my weight loss goal was and I told him to lose 40 pounds; and I truly didn’t even think I was capable of doing that.

When I saw these numbers in my fancy scale app I was shocked. I always knew I was heavier but I didn’t realize how much all of the extra weight I was carrying around was impacting my actual quality of life and life span.

I’ve said this so many times but it’s worth saying again. When I signed up with Mochi it was never about vanity.

Did you know that I tried a GLP1 a year and a half ago and quit after only 4 weeks?! 🤯

It’s true! I was getting my medication from a provider who…frankly…sucked.🫢🙈 My side effects where horrible and that provider said “I’ve never heard of GI issues on this medication” (which is hilarious because it’s the number one side effect 🤣)

‼️EXCUSE ME?!‼️
