Dear Friends in the Woodstock, IL area: I hope you will join me in supporting this fundraising campaign to help create a major art landmark in the community. This is one of the most visible commitments the town has made, in my lifetime, toward Woodstock becoming an 'arts destination'. Of particular significance, the sculpture project was awarded to Woodstock's very own Bobby Joe Scribner! The piece is well on its way to being constructed, but completion is dependent on private funds to match the City's funding of $30K (total cost $60K).
