Months before, Sam Hentz filed a harassment complaint against administrator Carol Morris. Morris, associated with the McCaskill family, was fired as a result of Hentz's complaint. The board rehired her the same day Hentz was fired.

According to a news release from Harvey mayor's office, the state's attorney is expected to drop felony battery charges against Ald. Colby Chapman (2nd). And the mayor's office and police brass are not happy about it.
