Freezing rain is expected to begin in western North Dakota between 1 am and 3 am CST, then is expected to rapidly move and expand eastward late tonight, beginning in central North Dakota between 5 am and 7 am CST. Up to one tenth of an inch of ice accumulation is expected. Difficult travel is expected due to icy roads and sidewalks, which will continue until temperatures rise far enough above freezing to melt the ice, which is expected to happen by late Tuesday morning in most areas.
