In disbelief I will never again hear that truck coming down the drive. I don’t take the time at work to stop for anything - but I always had time to talk to Angus Whyte. Making fun of Scottish words I couldn’t pronounce or at least thought I could until Angus said them. He’s one of the five phone numbers I have memorized. I’ve said more heart felt “thank yous” to Angus than I could ever count and quite possibly more than I’ve ever said to anyone in my life. There will never be another Angus. Today the world lost a great horseman. Today the world lost a great human. Judith H Whyte I am so glad he didn’t suffer; but my heart aches for you and your family as he left us far too soon. I’ve been in tears all day that selfishly I will never get to say goodbye to someone so special. May he live on forever in our memories, knowing that he touched the lives of so many 🩵💕🩵

Ideal candidate would be a self-starter wanting to gain experience at a five-star program while working alongside our groom in her daily tasks. Duties would include assisting our groom in barn chores, daily maintenance and therapies, riding and hacking opportunities according to level and experience, and joining our groom at USEA and FEI events.

Competitive pay and housing provided, as well as board for your own or leased horse (if desired), lessons, and training. Preference for full-time person working towards an upper-level eventing future who wants experience learning the ins and outs of a professional, high-performance barn 🩵

🧸Temmy on course making this oxer look like a pile of sticks at the this weekend! So many thanks to the event organizing team who worked hard to support every rider, despite the truly terrible weather that eventually forced its cancellation. We are grateful to event organizers everywhere who enable events like these to happen at all! 🩵

This horse gives his all every day and I’m so excited to get to experience him in his first 2* at this month — keep an eye out for him on course 🏇💨💨
