Hi everyone!💕

I know it’s been a while! You’ve probably felt like I forgot that I had a podcast lol. I almost forgot that I had a podcast myself. I’ve been in a place in my life lately where I’ve been forced to embrace the uncomfortably of life and boy has it been a challenge, but I’m still here! I’ll still waking up every day and fighting and pushing forward, and because of that we’re going to talk about it. I’ve been hiding (yes hiding) from my podcast because whenever I get on here I always have to be transparent and honest, and I truly felt as if my voice and my experiences weren’t important anymore and that talking what I’ve been going through would make feel inadequate or less than because I’ve been so unsure, but throughout the time of my podcast, I’ve learned that often times what I feel and go through so many of you feel and go through the same things in similar ways, so let’s talk about it! With that being said, I’m launching a new season of .kay that will be centered around “Embracing the Uncomfortable as Young Adults.” This new season, I hope each episode will help us to dig deep within ourselves and healthily persevere as we shift our mindsets and viewpoints to trust what God has in store for each of us though it can be intimidating and freighting. So turn your notifications on and be on the lookout for episode 1 of Season 4 on August 11, 2023 streaming on Apple Podcasts & Spotify (and maybe even YouTube)! One year ago today,

I stepped out on faith with a vision that God had given me that I kept putting off for years and launched the Plugged In With Kay podcast! Taking this leap of faith has been one of the toughest and most rewarding things that I’ve ever done in my life. From conversations about living life as a regular teenager, to managing relationships and mental health to how to serve God in your youth, this past year has been nothing but a reflection of God’s tremendous grace and mercy on my life! I know that you all may have thought that my podcast episodes were for you, but in reality, they were for me! God used them to help me get through some of the toughest seasons of my life! So to every listener, every supporter, every special guest that ever joined me, thank you!💗 I know that you may have noticed that I’ve been MIA or just nonexistent anymore on my podcast, and truth be told, I almost gave up and threw it away. Life and trials got hard, but I’m still here! So as we celebrate 1 year, we will also be launching Season 3!💗 This season is going to be the beginning of something DIFFERENT! So please keep me in PRAYER & make sure to tune in on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts & Spotify!💕
