I am so sorry to announce that Empower Tax And Financial Services, LLC will be closed for filing taxes as EFILE has shut down for the year to prepare their systems for updates for the upcoming season. We will reopen for Refund Advances on Jan. 2nd.

We take this time to train our staff and get our office ready for the new season as well. We cant wait to see yall very soon…

The IRS has decided to delay the new $600 reporting threshold for Form 1099-K for the year 2023 to address concerns and reduce confusion among taxpayers. This means that individuals won't be required to report unless they receive over $20,000 and have more than 200 transactions in 2023. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 thank God cause this was going be headache 😩
