Blessed by Good People Still

Today at Pep’s Point, my childhood friend and neighbor, Skip Ingram, stopped by to say hello and offer his help with whatever we needed.

No money asked for, no attention wanted—just a genuine act of kindness.
This touched me deeply.

This world needs more people like Skip.

As we visited, he told me he had been dealing with some health issues. And although he said he didnt want to be paid and just wanted to help in whatever way he could, I really wanted to do something for him. Because of my own health issues, i knew of something far more valuable and much more powerful than money—prayer.

So I’m asking my Facebook family—please lift Skip up in prayer. Pray healing over his body, strength over his spirit, and peace over his life.

A Little More Truth..

I want to share a little more from my heart. When things start flying around on social media, people sometimes forget there are real lives and real families on the other side of those comments.

Just know God has me in a really good place.

But.. some of my family were deeply affected by all of this—not just by what was said, but by the weight of judgments from people who didn’t know the real story…

The truth.
Words matter.

They can build up or they can quietly destroy, and sometimes people don’t even realize the damage they might be causing.

I pray after all this settles, more people will take a minute and consider the effects their words, comments, memes etc.. might cause others before sharing..

I have no doubt that most people dont realize and are not trying to intentionally cause anyone to be hurt or damaged by sharing and commenting on social media platforms..

But our words can hurt people or help people.

Let's all try to show more love, kindness and compassion to each other.

Life is hard enough, let's give each other a break..
I’m choosing to move forward the right way. I’m following God’s lead on what’s next, even when the road isn’t easy or clear. I believe there is purpose in all things, and I believe God can still bring good out of pain.

If anyone wants to help in a positive way, I welcome it. I don’t have all the answers and I’m not pretending to—but I’m willing to listen, learn, grow, and keep going.

I’m trusting God with every step from here. 🙏

I want to speak from my heart for a moment as I share this video..

Most of you know me, and some of you think you do. In past few months, there’s been a lot of opinions, assumptions, and noise surrounding a Facebook Live that was taken out of context. I’m not here to argue with anybody or entertain gossip — I’m here to speak truth.

I am a real person with real battles, real responsibilities, and a real purpose that God put on my life. I’m not perfect and never claimed to be. I’ve made mistakes, I’ve been through storms, but I keep going — not because it’s easy, but because quitting isn’t in my blood. I show up. I fight for what matters. I fight for people. I fight for Pep’s Point. I fight for my family. And I fight for what God has called me to do.

The video I’m sharing isn’t drama, it isn’t for attention, and it isn’t an excuse. It’s simply my voice and my truth. If you watch it, watch it with understanding — not judgment. If you listen, listen with an open heart — not a closed mind.

I believe in redemption. I believe in purpose. I believe in rebuilding — even when others count you out. And I believe that what the enemy meant for harm, God can use for good. (Genesis 50:20)

I’m not here to impress anyone — I’m here to move forward. God sees my heart, and He knows my intentions.

This is my journey. This is my truth. And today, I choose peace, purpose, and progress.
