I've been a little lost in terms of creativity with the world turned upside down. But, I decided recently, I'm going to turn my artistic slump around through giving. I have a few causes that I will highlight during this month of February and a portion of sales from each post will be donated to the featured cause.

I'm going to start my mission with a charity that has personal significance to me. 20 years ago, I stood and danced for 48 hours straight in THON, formally called the Penn State IDC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon. I've been involved in acts of service all of my life, but THON was special because it strengthened my bond with my boyfriend at the time, who became my husband, as he had been so involved in the charity before me. Students at Penn State raise money and awareness through the marathon for childhood cancer benefiting the Four Diamonds Foundation. Tonight, the students of THON 2026 got up on their feet where they'll stay until Sunday afternoon.
