Citrus salad to cool off a hot summer day!

Citrus Salad Dressing
Hits the spot on a hot day!
Ingredients
For Dressing:
1 Oranges
1 lemon
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
For salad
1 orange
1 bag spring salad mix
½ cup chopped nuts of your choice, pecans or almonds or walnuts

Directions
For dressing:
Zest and juice one orange and the lemon.
Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk till incorporated.
Taste and adjust seasonings
For salad:
Arrange salad on plate.
Peel one orange, taking off the peel and the pith.
Remove sections of the orange that is in between the membrane.
Arrange on salad.
Sprinkle nuts over salad.
Add dressing to salad. Enjoy!
