I’ve been lucky enough to work with Afiya on and off over what might be the last 10 years or so. We’ve shot Everything from fashion to beauty and some fun side projects in between. I’ve been lucky enough to watch (and occasionally been a part of) her career as it develops, and am always impressed by her ability to figure out what she wants, and works until she gets makes it happen. If only I had the same clarity and direction.

She’s a mom, a model, an entrepreneur, an actress, a host, and an incredible collaborator amongst a million other things. This shoot is one of my favorites with her, but no doubt not the last.
