My brother in law looked at me one day and said “Isn’t it sad how people care more about what a man thinks than what God will say on judgment day...”

And tbh, that line broke something in me. 😮‍💨

I had been a DJ my whole life. Radio, nightclubs, etc. When I gave my life to Christ I walked away from all of it. Because I thought surrender meant stepping away from the gift.

But really I was just afraid of being judged. Afraid that people would say “oh he ain’t change at all.”
So I hid it for 6 years… But God kept calling

And today? I’m done running

The musical gifts was never the problem, I was just using them in the wrong place. Now I’m stepping into what HE always had for me and I’m using everything I got for His glory

If you feel like God is calling you too, stop declining the call. The time for creatives in His kingdom is NOW. Walk in faith, not in fear.
