Aerial Rendition Dedicated to visual creativity, both as a hobby and commercially. It was founded around aerial photography and videography. My name is Eric Ramirez.

If you have need of that type of service, contact me. I also edit and produce videos for family and business needs. I am a Wasatch Back local, growing up in Park City. I ski and mountain bike, but if it's done in the mountains I've probably done it. I'm a career bike mechanic but over the past several years slowly been making the shift to freelance journalism and storytelling. Videography and phot

ography are passions, although I favor videography. As folks need more and more media for their websites and social platforms I can deliver those visual products, as well as written content. Areas of expertise: all things skis, from skiing to the technical equipment side of things; all things mountain bikes - down to the nuances of suspension and frame design; backpacking, hiking, ham radio and emergency communication, and a small handful of other things. If you're in the outdoor industry and need content, I can help with that. I don't specialize in the nuances of Instagram and YouTube algorithms. There are people better suited to that niche.

Sometimes you get a photo that doesn't even look real. Photo means light, in Greek. It's amazing that a process was even developed to capture light and shadow.

Recently, the Park Record sent me to shoot a hockey game. Honestly, having never seen a hockey game I had no idea how to navigate the crowd, the seating, the rink or any of the rink. But it was a pretty good time.

Check out the article, written by Galen Dekemper, a very talented individual and writer.

“Caution Flying Pucks” signs ring the seating areas around Black Rock Ice Rink at Black Rock Mountain Resort, the new home of the Utah Outliers hockey team. On Friday night a crowd of hundreds heeded that warning for the Outliers’ matchup against their upstate rival, the Ogden Mustangs. The Ou...

I realize this isn't the best imaging but it was fun, it was way back in January. I believe it still tells a story, one of exploration and a bit of desolation, along with a somber aftermath trains brought to the west.

Because mountain biking is a fun way to spend an evening. This was part of a shoot I did for the local trails foundation. They just opened a new downhill only trail after a year of work. After digging and sculpting and just getting after it, the result is an amazing backcountry bike trails with hips, gaps, drops and berms.

Back in January, I had the opportunity to travel to Canada and meet my good buddy, Jon Carter. We skied in the Canadian Rockies. We hung out. And he told me his story.

I had the opportunity to write a story for Neighbors of Park City about the famous Volcanoman. What it really comes down to is that G. Brad Lewis possessed the photography skills to capture volcanoes during the film era.

It was an amazing interview with an incredible individual, locally born and raised, a skier of the old guard who masterfully created his destiny.

Just wanted to showcase an article written by Galen DeKemper. Recently published in the Park Record newspaper, Utah's oldest continuously operating newspaper by the way. I love taking pictures of Wasatch County Parks & Recreation's skate park.

Forty-five truckloads of debris went out, 18 loads of road base came in, and then 16 cement trucks and three pump trucks laid 150 yards of concrete to expand terrain at the Wasatch County Skatepark at Southfield Park in Heber City. The skatepark closed, of course, when construction began in the last...
