Can’t forget to kick the week off here with a lil key action. Fury of Firestorm 35, the first appearance of Weasel.

Not a huge book by any means and it was only a few bucks but cool to have a goofy character being used in Su***de Squad and Creature Commandos.

New episode drops this Wednesday

Last clip from our most recent episode (check comic book junkies) but no spoilers, no comic talk, just 2 dudes talking about snacks at the movies.

You gettin popcorn and a pop or you getting 2 drinks, chicken tenders, and cheesy bacon fries 🤔

2 different philosophies, 2 different preferred theaters. How do you do the movies?

New episode out now, check it out! We will have another one out a week from today.

During our tv and movie talk of course we had to discuss Spider-man Brand New Day.definitely well regarded by us as far as Spidey movies go, what did you think?

Sup yall, got another clip from our latest episode for ya today. We discuss tv and movies in the nerd realm@this summer, we recorded this when there was only an episode or two out so we don’t get too deep into it, but we are still watching and enjoying.

Are you digging Lanterns?

Got a clip coming at ya because I should be on a walk right now and grilling but we’ve got tornado warnings and nuts storms here in Michigan, so may as well post this while charging my phone 🤣

New episode dropped yesterday, check that out, but before you do that, check out this clip where we give our thoughts on another solid comic book show Batman Caped Crusader.

It’s that time again, new Comic Book Junkies episode out now! Episode 162 Summer 2026 Comic Book TV and Movie Discussion sounds exactly like the title, not a lot of creativity for that one 😆 but we talk X-men 97 (again), Lanterns, Batman Caped Crusader, and Spiderman Brand New Day since there’s just so much comic book nerd stuff coming out these days!

There are spoilers so keep that in mind!

Last week ended with GI Joe, this week is starting with it! We’ve got issue 24 which is the first cameo appearance of Zartan, first firefly, first wild weasel, and 1st cover of Storm Shadow.

It’s fun to grab some of the keys here and there, still some I’m after like Dr. Mindbender and Major Bludd, but making progress!

Finishing up the week with GI Joe 14, the first full appearance of Destro. Another one surprisingly hard for me to locate in person, but you never know any given day what the bins may hold. Pumped to grab this and add to the GI Joe collection, feeling pretty good since issue 1 and 21 are also locked down. Also pretty hype about the Danny McBride GI Joe move that is in development, hope that rules the way it should.

Us fellas got our fantasy draft this weekend as well, so wish us luck. Have a great weekend!

Our last clip for the episode with Demond Shaw is here and we wrap up with some of the books on his want list before asking about his favorite comic memory.

It was a great time talking to him, make sure to check out his page if you haven’t yet, and also make sure to tune in to the full episode so you don’t miss anything!
