Tiny Moments, Big God
Sometimes God doesn’t shake the mountain — He just brushes your shoulder.
I’ve learned that His presence isn’t always found in the dramatic moments or the big, loud miracles. Most of the time, He meets me in the quiet places… the simple seconds of my day… the moments that seem so normal you might miss them if you blink too fast.
Like the morning my son made a joke.
A tiny exchange — but something in me shifted.
A little smile from him felt like a whole sunrise to me.
Tiny moment… but a very big God behind it.
Or the way I’m driving to my client’s house, no music, just silence, and suddenly I feel peace wash over me. No choir. No thunder. Just God whispering, “I’m with you.”
Or when I open my Bible and a single sentence hits my heart so perfectly that it feels like the Holy Spirit slid it directly under my door. One verse — but a whole breakthrough.
That’s who He is.
A God who hides His glory in the smallest details.
We think we need burning bushes and parted seas to feel Him.
But sometimes the miracle is simply waking up with breath in your chest.
Sometimes the blessing is the conversation that softened your heart.
Sometimes His presence is in the moment you didn’t lose your patience.
Sometimes it’s the unexpected laugh shared with someone you love.
God isn’t just in the big victories.
He’s in the tiny mercies.
The quiet comfort.
The gentle nudge.
The shift in your thinking.
The moment of clarity on a random Wednesday morning.
When you start paying attention, you realize:
God has never stopped speaking. We just stopped noticing.
Today, pay attention to the tiny moments — that’s where His fingerprints are.
Tiny moments.
Big God.
Always faithful.
