Unispan Records is a student-run record label operating through Hofstra University’s Center for Entrepreneurship. Mentored by top music industry professionals, students work to sign artists to the label, produce and distribute EPs from start to finish, promote the artists, and organize concerts. Meet our newest Artist: .fm

Marques Martin is an alternative hip hop artist, writer, and producer based in Brooklyn, New York. A blend between melodic and traditional hip hop, Marques refers to his musical style as “glam rap.” He brings in influences ranging from early Kanye West to Sonic Youth to create his own unique sound.

In June of 2025, Marques released his EP Radiosuper, which accumulated over 150,000 streams. Most recently he released a single in January 2026 called “bluemoonlemonade” alongside a music video.
