She may be traveling in a white 2020 Buick Encore Sport with TN tag 115BDWT. Joann has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance.

MISSING ADULT-Webster County

On October 11th, 2025, at approximately 2:31 P.M., the Webster County Sheriff's Office responded to an address on Essell Mitchell Road near Clay to investigate the report of a missing adult.

Frederick F. Reinhard Jr. was last seen on foot at his farm on Essell Mitchell Road, on Thursday, October 8, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m., wearing blue jeans and an unknown shirt/shoes.

Reinhard is described as a 63 year old, white male, 6'0" tall, 180lbs, gray hair, blue eyes, medium build.

Missing Juvenile
The Owensboro Police Department is looking for Sophia Kylie. She has been missing since Thursday October 09th 2025 around 2:40pm. Her parents contacted OPD on thurs and gave info of ppl and places of where she hangs out at. These are the places that she hangs out at which is the skatepark, smothers park and dugan best. She has a grandma that lives in Pennbrooke who she may be contacting or staying with. She's 14 and as grown as she thinks she is, she isnt, and her parents are becoming more nervous as each day goes on.
If you see her, take a pic of her so her parents know what shes wearing & send it to them and tell them the location of where she is at

Kentucky State Police Investigate Escaped Inmate in Madison County

RICHMOND, Ky. (October 10, 2025) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, is searching for an inmate who walked away from the Bluegrass Career Development Center just before 7:30 p.m. yesterday, October 9th in Madison County.

Jeremy D. Ward, 26, from Hartford, Ky., is a white male, 5’8”, 120 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on his neck and chest. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, camouflage sweatpants, and white shoes.

Ward was serving a sentence for multiple drug trafficking and possession charges, burglary, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

If you have any information, please contact local law enforcement or KSP Post 7 at 859-623-2404. Ward is known to frequent Owensboro, Hartford, Beaver Dam, and nearby areas.

The investigation is led by KSP Trooper Justin Watts.
