Today we celebrate four women who are the backbone of our campus: our incredible administrative assistants.

Mrs. Ferguson is the quiet force behind everything that works. She has been here longer than most can remember, and there’s a reason for that; she’s simply the best at what she does. She keeps our finances in order, ensures we stay compliant, and makes sure I have what I need to take care of our people. Her expertise and steady presence are invaluable.

Mrs. Lopez is the one who sees what others don’t. She’s constantly watching the blind spots, anticipating needs before they arise, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She takes care of people in a way that makes everyone feel supported, and she keeps me grounded, informed, and prepared.

Mrs. Sanches is the heartbeat of our front office. In a role that demands flexibility, patience, and grit, she wears countless hats with grace. She doesn’t just identify problems; she works toward solutions. She cares deeply for our students, shows up every single day ready to give her best, and never hesitates to go the extra mile.

Mrs. Haynes is balancing more than most right now, taking on multiple roles while navigating constant challenges. Through it all, she remains steady, faithful, and consistent. She is not afraid to speak up for what’s right, even when it’s uncomfortable, and that kind of integrity makes our campus stronger.

We are better because of these women. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere. This week let's celebrate them and show them that we are deeply grateful.
