Our talented COO, Brent, captured these amazing shots in NYC during a recent show and if you look carefully, you can see our gear inside the windows next to Madison Square Garden!

Back in Boca Raton, two of our full timers, Dakota and Trevor, along with a rockstar freelance crew, executed an incredible display in the exhibit hall!

They took an empty room and transformed it into an immersive and interactive experience for the attendees. A stage and what we call video village, anchored the room and served as the command center for a very complex setup.

While we typically feature the general session or main stage of an event, we are particularly proud of how well this room turned out.

Great job to the whole team!

Thinking back on our time in New York, we are so grateful to have worked with a wonderful new client!

While there is a tremendous amount of virtual work done prior to the actual event, there is very little in person interaction until we arrive on site.

However, once our team of professional, talented and friendly freelancers shows up and executes what we call “The Four Moon Difference,” the connection is made and the trust is established.

A massive projection screen and light towers laying on the floor on day 1 doesn’t look like much….

A behind the scenes look into what happens before the first attendee walks in the ballroom…

Driving in Manhattan can be a challenge.

Coordinating multiple trucks delivering AV gear to hotels presents additional challenges.

When the loading dock is on the same street as the staging area for a parade, that’s even more challenging!

On Sunday morning, 2 of our Four Moon employees spent over 4 hours working alongside the New York Police Department to coordinate maneuvering 7 delivery trucks down 7th Avenue between 2 rows of parade floats.

They needed to get those trucks to the loading dock of the venue and nothing was going to stop them.

When one of our wonderful repeat clients asked for design inspiration for their Austin, TX production, we got right to work!

They wanted a TX vibe but not honky-tonk. Classy but fun. A set that could serve keynote speakers and an awards night all at the same time.

While we are gearing up for a very busy May and June, we are also doing loads of site visits for our upcoming productions in the Fall!

Our Vice President, Drew, and Project Manager, Noelle, visited San Diego to meet with our clients, tour the venue and build relationships in advance.

Looking forward to this event in October!

It’s a beautiful day for a site visit in San Francisco!

Drew, Callie and Brent are making sure we are set up for success for one of our biggest projects of the year by traveling to the venue, meeting with the clients and putting the preproduction work in.
