Hey barbecue fans! We’re counting down the days to the 47th annual BBQ Festival here in Chester County and it’s time to start asking the serious questions. Chester County Budget Committee meets Tuesday-
The Chester County Budget Committee will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, at the Chester County Board of Education building for further discussion of the 2025/2026 county budget.

Chester County Commission meets tonight at Courthouse-
The Chester County Commission will meet tonight, Monday, June 30, in the upstairs courtroom of the Chester County Courthouse.
Beginning at 6 p.m., the commission will conduct a public hearing on the county’s intent to exceed the certified property tax rate from $1.5853 to $1.6653 per $100 of assessed valuation.
At 7 p.m., the commission will meet in a special called meeting to discuss the 2025-2026 budget.
