🚨 Rental Scam Alert – Spring Hill, TN 🚨Please if you are moving to the area contact a local Realtor!

This and many others were found on Local Neighborhood News platforms..

I have verified this person does not own this property through tax records!

The home is actually “FOR SALE by Open Door who owns it”

Please be cautious if you come across this rental listing for 1027 Countess Ln, Spring Hill, TN 37174.

⚠️ Red flags to watch for:
❌ Rent advertised at $1,300/month for a 2,510 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 3-bath home—well below typical market value.
❌ Requests to communicate only through direct messages.
❌ Listing claims “For Rent by Owner” without clear verification.
❌ Scammers often copy photos from homes that are actually for sale or already rented.

Before sending money or personal information:
✔️ Verify ownership through county property records.
✔️ Confirm the home is actually available for rent.

There will be a fine line of overbuilding and still affordability for lower income families to purchase homes. If people still can not afford a home purchase a lot of what is being built could sit. I don't see much assistance in this bill for them.
As we all can remember part of the crash of 2008 came from overbuilding...

This would cap months of work for what is one of the most significant housing reform packages in 30 years.
