When you have a closing like this one, it’s cheesy smiles all around! 🎉

Congratulations to my seller, who was one of my first clients when I helped her buy her home in 2020. Five years later, she needed help selling it, and I’m so honored that she called me again!

The house went on the market on May 1, it was under contract on May 2, and the sale closed TODAY for full asking price, and AS-IS (with no repairs requested by the buyer). In THIS economy, this is a RARITY!

I’m so honored that my clients trust me and listen to my advice. It’s my job to prepare them for the process of selling a house, which is the perfect combination of “a price war and a beauty pageant.” Days like today show that the proof is in the pudding, even in a challenging market.

Congratulations to the sellers at 371 Goodman Dr in Gallatin, TN!

Their listing went live on Thursday, and they were under contract in less than 24 hours.

This speed of getting a home under contract is a rarity in the real estate market of 2025, but it’s so rewarding when a client is willing to consider that selling a house is like “a price war and a beauty pageant.”

The seller is still considering backup offers, and we have an open house on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4PM this weekend if anyone wants to swing by and see this stunning home!
