❤️🔥 LOVE IS ACTION! 🔥❤️
Love is more than something we feel—it is something we do.
While I was making my rounds on Wednesday, I received a text that simply said, “Pray for me. I was just released from the hospital. I had a stroke.”
I stopped right where I was and prayed. Then I sensed the Lord reminding me that sometimes the answer to a prayer is a person who is willing to go. So I immediately replied, “Send me your address. I’m on my way.”
Real love doesn’t stop with good intentions. It takes the next step. It shows up. It listens. It encourages. It serves.
I rearranged my schedule to check on my sister, and I’m so thankful I did. Seeing her smile and being able to spend time with her reminded me that people are always more important than our agendas. Time invested in people is never wasted.
And if you’ve ever visited Ms. Terri, you already know her generosity is part of who she is! Before I left, she blessed me with two plates from her restaurant, Sunday’s House. The food was absolutely delicious! 😋 If you’re ever in the area, stop by and support her—you’ll leave blessed in more ways than one.
Never underestimate the impact of a simple act of obedience. A visit, a phone call, a meal, a hug, or your presence can become God’s way of reminding someone that they are loved, seen, and never alone.
Jesus didn’t just tell people He loved them—He walked with them, served them, and met them where they were.
Let’s do the same.
Love prays. Love gives. Love serves. Love shows up.
Because love isn’t just spoken… LOVE IS ACTION. ❤️🙌
