Workouts we’ll be starting up again on July 10th 💪🏾📣💙🔱! We hope everyone had a great break during our VAA dead period. The season is coming up fast, and we’re starting workouts again this week. We can’t wait to have the girls back in action! In-person registration will be available on these specific dates.
