Thanks for chatting with me last night while I dotted. We always have great conversations and last night was no different! Praying mantis hatching from live Christmas trees. Me becoming a full black belt in karate when a huge stick bug fell on me one time 😆 The weather. Recipes etc

I have been busy cleaning my house and garage.
Now I am about to teach this patten in my dotting group. Getting my creative time in today.
Did you get to be creative today? I try and do some most days. It helps my mental health! Crafting or creating keeps the crazy away!🤣

Hello friends!
Well it’s not October anymore but breast cancer awareness is all year around.
I’m going in to get my mammo for the year.
Trust me….a few minutes of uncomfortable is way better than chemo and cancer treatment. It may not prevent it but you can catch it early. My maternal grandmother died of breast and stole her away from me when I was too little to understand. My sister in law caught hers early and is cancer free!
So, this is your sign to schedule a mammogram today!
