Fund Our Schools - Legal Aid Justice Center
We at Rock Creek are so proud to have partaken in the Fund Our Schools initiative launched last week by the Legal Aid Justice Center, The Commonwealth Institute For Fiscal Analysis, New Virginia Majority, and Virginia Educators United to advocate for equitable school funding in our commonwealth and to lobby our state legislature to fulfill its constitutional mandate to fully fund our public schools.

What a Difference a Yearling Makes
We're excited to share a recent video we produced for the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech.
The team at VetMed came to us with several pre-recorded interviews and lots of material and we produced this video telling the beautiful story of Amiya Veatch and her three rescued horses, Mona Lisa, Peanut, and Picasso, a yearling delivered with the amazing care and expertise of Virginia Tech's Marion duPont Scott Equine Medical Center.

Rock Creek / EPA / WARN
We’re excited to see our most recent video for the EPA is now online. Working with the Horsley Witten Group, Rock Creek created this short educational video to help EPA promote Water and Wastewater Agency Response Networks. WARNs are mutual aid and resource sharing agreements that help utilities respond in emergencies or help with routine maintenance. Shot on location at several water treatment plants in Asheville, NC, we used a light-hearted but factual approach to dispelling some of the myths around WARN membership. Better Built Together

The first Peace Through Education film, a three-part, independently produced documentary series about the critical importance education plays in conflict-affected areas, Stealing the Light focuses on the story of Mohammad Khan Kharoti, MD, and his personal journey to build a school in his home village of Shin Kalay, in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan.
