Why are testimonials helpful for your website?

1. Customer testimonials help build TRUST

It serves as a proof that you actually have customers! And secondly, that you have happy customers. The more you have, the more trust you build on your website and for your brand.

People trust other consumers over other businesses because the common believe that business are just marketing and out to get yo' money. Customer testimonial is like a friendly referral - it convinces visitors that they can rely on your business.

3. They can explain the BENEFITS of your products or services

A good testimonial will include what the customer's need was and how your product of service was the solution to that need.

4. They can explain how your products or services WORK

Customers can give real examples! Sometimes what you do is not self-explanatory and these testimonials help highlight how your service helped meet a customers needs... and how it can meet your new visitors need as well.

People can relate to your customers and that makes it easier for them to relate to your brand.

I love this Abrar Omeish. Why? Because there is so much emotion and energy in that one shot. This is why photos are so powerful. We do a lot of video here, but photos still hold so much weight - there is magic in the captured stillness of motion from that single moment.
