Tip: keep your beans in cold water in the fridge until you’re ready to can/ use them. They’ll stay nice and crisp!

I’ve had these beans for over a week 🫣

You can do this with cucumbers too! Cut the ends off and keep in water. 💧

Also if you’ve peeled your potatoes 🥔 you can do the same so they don’t turn brown!

Time to face the pressure canner. 🫣 I’ve got my drink ready 😝 time to crank out all these dang beans!!

This is the first time using this canner and I know it won’t blow up.. I hope.. 🤞🏼 but here we gooo.

Made up some zucchini banana mini loaves and mini muffins last night!
I found a recipe on TT and saw a comment saying to add bananas. So I added 2 ripe bananas 🍌 and they’re sooo good!
This one’s a keeper! 😋👌🏼

Next I’m going to use this same recipe for bars and add cream cheese frosting 👏🏼
Or if I do muffins I’m going to add chocolate 🍫 chips

Here’s the recipe! And it’s a one bowl easy fool proof one! Just don’t over mix!

Add to a bowl:
1/2 C melted butter 🧈 (1 stick)
2 eggs 🥚
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
Mix

Add 1 1/2 C washed, grated zucchini
And 2 ripe bananas 🍌
Mix

Add
1 3/4 C Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Nutmeg (optional but so good)
Mix just until combined

Add to greased baking pan
Bake for 45 minutes for full loaf
10 minutes for mini muffins
15 for regular muffins
Bake at 350°

Use a toothpick to poke center. If it comes out clean it’s done!

Easiest, low maintenance, hardy perennial. My mom always calls them Autumn Joys. In the sedum family.

They get a deep dark pink/ red in the fall and are so pretty!

Winters can get down to -40° and summers can get to 110° and I’ve had some of these for over 5-6 years!

So if you’re looking for beginner friendly and hard to kill plants that come back every year. Here’s your plant! 🪴
Plus they get bigger and bigger so you can divide them up and have new plants 😄
