So I passed them on to a shorter queen who will appreciate them properly — but good news: they do have longer lengths available, so I ordered the longer version for myself to keep.

You have to try this new spot in Hialeah, my friends!😍🐟

First, the salad — WOW 🤩 The dressing is Chef Carlos’s grandmother’s homemade recipe, and it seriously makes the whole dish 🥗✨ So fresh and flavorful!

My husband ordered the shrimp 🍤 and it was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor 😋 I went with the chicken, basmati rice, and tostones and it was so comforting and delicious 💛

Chef Carlos was incredibly nice and friendly 🙌 which made the whole experience even better 😊

We’re already planning to come back for the ceviche and fried fish 🐠🔥 — their specialties! Can’t wait! 😍
