Hidden Valley Lake Property Owners Association We are the Property Owners Association for the Hidden Valley Lake members in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

Hidden Valley Lake is a private, vibrant community offering a wide range of amenities for residents to enjoy. The centerpiece is a beautiful 150-acre lake with floating docks, complemented by six smaller lakes, an 18-hole championship golf course, a sandy beach, and a 15-acre sports complex. Additional features include a community center, a 24-hour fitness facility, a swimming pool, several parks, paved and unpaved walking trails, and tennis and basketball courts.

There is a water main break on Hickory Road in between Lakeview Dr. and Longview Dr..

This section of Hickory and a portion of Longview Dr., and Buckeye Ct. will experience a loss of water or water pressure. Surrounding areas might experience a loss of water pressure.

Guess what? It's supposed to snow again.☃

Winter weather is predicted to move into southeast Indiana tonight. Pretreating operations have been underway since yesterday and our crews are prepared districtwide to operate under a full callout beginning late this afternoon, meaning all hands will be on deck.

😌 You all are probably catching onto the routine by now, but here are your reminders just in case:

➡ Use 511in.org to view where are are at throughout the winter event as well as to view live road conditions by viewing the snowplow dash cameras.

➡ If you plan to commute tomorrow morning, drive slow! Please use caution and give yourself plenty of extra time to get to your destination.

There will be a water outage today on the Crestview Court. Surrounding side streets in the area may be effected.

This outage is due to the Water Improvement project isolation valve replacement and the installation of a flushing hydrant. Water outage is expected to last the day up until 5:00pm.

WATER OUTAGE - WATER PROJECT

There will be a water outage today in the Meercham Way and Liebchen Ct.. Surrounding side streets in the area may be affected.

This outage is due to the Water Improvement project isolation valve replacement and the installation of a flushing hydrant. Water outage is expected to last the day up until 5:00pm.

WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

SCHEDULED WORK - STATELINE WATER TANK

Work has started on the Stateline Water Tank.

We expect to drain the Stateline Water Tank on Monday or Tuesday 12/8/2025 or 12/9/2025. There will be running water on the ground during this process. Workers will be in and around the Stateline Water Tank from 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday thru Friday until mid-January 2026. Except on 12/24/25, 12/25/25, 12/31/25, and 1/1/26.

Tank work will NOT result in water service disruption.

SCHEDULED WORK - WATER LINES AND VALVES

CONSTRUCTION WORK HOURS ARE 7:00AM-5:30PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

As these valves are replaced customers in surrounding areas may experience low or no water pressure, or loss of water. The time needed to replace each valve may vary.

Removal and Installation of isolation and gate valves on the following streets in the order listed:

Water lines are being bored on Cliftmont Circle.

This is expected to be a short outage.

There will be a water outage in the Highridge Ct and Alpine Drive and surrounding side streets area. (This will affect from Highridge Ct all the way down to the POA Office.)

This outage is due to the Water Improvement project insertion isolation valve replacement.
