De'Juana Waters-Herald is a dedicated community servant who has overcome adversity to become a catalyst for transformation and progress.
Growing up in a community grappling with socioeconomic hardships, she set out to uplift her community through education, support, and advocacy, establishing initiatives that address critical needs within her community. She is the Founder/CEO of BRIDGE THE VILLAGE, an organization that serves, supports, and educates youth and families throughout the community.
Her ability to bring diverse stakeholders to the table, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and unity, is a testament to her outstanding leadership skills. Her story serves as an inspiration to others, demonstrating that with dedication, resilience, and a heart for service, even the most challenging circumstances can be overcome to create a brighter future for all.
