New River Community College Open Forums for Selecting next president.
each forum will be conducted from 11 to 11:45 am in the college's NRV Mall site, room 123. Forum dates are as follows:

Dr Kristen. A Westover - Tuesday, April 11
Dr. David L. Brand - Thursday, April 20
Dr. Susan Short - Friday, April 21
Forums are open to the public. There will be brief remarks by each candidate followed by a q&a session. Forums will be streamed live on college's website, www.nr.edu.

Wytheville Community College will hold two Job Fairs. Tuesday April 25th 12 noon - 4pm at Crossroads Institute 1117 E. Stuart Drive Galax.
Friday, May 5th 10am - 2pm at Wytheville Meeting Center located at 333 community Blvd Wytheville VA.

**New Bulletin Board**
Carroll county Public Library will be hosting a Book Bingo at 6:30 pm Tuesday, April 4th. All games are free.

April 10-22 the library will hold its annual Spring Book Sale during regular library hours. They have best sellers, fiction, nonfiction, and children's books for sale. Prices range from .10 to 10.00. For more information contact the library at 276-728-3334.

**New Bulletin Board**

Beginning Tuesday, April 4th, Route 721 (Cliffview Rd) will be closed to through traffic from Route 887 (Glendale Rd) to Route 607 (Fries Rd). This road closure is necessary to perform a pipe replacement. The road is expected to be closed until Friday, April 7th, weather permitting.
During this time, directional signs will be in place to assist the traveling public.
