Island Gyal aka Rosita Gatita is an island hopping, musical, thalassophile. Her curation as a dj has been greatly influenced by the frequent nautical adventures she enjoys, (especially in the Caribbean) sailing to many different islands around the world. Coming from a performance art background she enjoys spinning paradisiacal infused afrobeats, global hip-hop, latin and juicy tropical house soundscapes for people to dance and celebrate together.

KAY CHI

Kay Chi is an eclectic DJ who delves into a diverse array of genres, including liquid, trap, house, dubstep, bass, EDM, tribal & afro rhythms. Viewing music and dance as both medicine and a sacred means of frequency modulation through which we are able to transform our bodies, minds and spirits, Kay Chi strives to evoke the highest vibrations possible through his performances, generating feelings of thrill, bliss and ecstasy within those who attend each journey. Fire, elegance, and beauty being staples of each Kay Chi set, come prepared to forget, connect and sweat to a sexy, energetic and invigorating dance adventure!

Featuring sets by DJs , aka DJ Gratia & , arrive looking forward to an evening of lights, pole dancing, blue lotus cacao, good vibes and afro-inspired music guaranteed to have you groovin' and shakin' in (not so) chill fashion! Aloha ohana, had an amazing time at our first Kauai Content Creator Club meet! This week we'll be engaging in a variety of topics and activities including but not limited to:

1. Developing Our Artist/Creator Brand (Shares - 15 mins.)
2. Personal Importance of Content Creation (Partner Shares - 10 mins.)
3. Successful Content Creation Study (Video & Takeaways - 20 mins.)
4. Group Exercise (5 mins.)
5. Weekly Content Share & Group Feedback (20 mins.)
6. Q&A (5 mins.)
7. Weekly Content Planning (15 mins.)

Hosted at Kokua Studio (formerly Luminosa) in downtown Kapaa, meetings take place each Friday from 6-7:30pm. Each week we'll be reviewing and offering feedback for each individual's created content, as well as planning out our content pieces for the next week, so come with a pen, a notebook and a desire to create! Looking forward to having you join us!

Aloha ohana, we graciously invite you to come listen, dine, and enjoy our aina's talent at the Open Mic Night, hosted by ! Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30pm, we welcome spectators, performers and awa-lovers alike to partake in a high-vibe open mic experience! From seasoned musicians to first-timers, anyone wishing to share their music or poetry is welcome to sign up and perform! Sign-up starts at 7pm!

Joining us from Koloa town, Bobby Cummings ( ), aka 'Local Boy Hittah' is a local reggae artist born and raised on Oahu. Now living on Kauai, Bobby won the HI95 Radio Kauai Talent Contest this past July and is now bringing the vibes to our Open Mic! Not a performance to miss!

*Please keep in mind that this is a curated open mic experience and we intend to keep the vibes high, therefore no profanity is allowed in performances. Mahalo!
