FINAL UPDATE: The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) reports NO TSUNAMI THREAT to Hawaiʻi.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has finalized its evaluation of that major earthquake in the Philippines, which has been revised to a magnitude 7.8. Based on all available data, there is zero tsunami threat to Hawaii. Again, no tsunami threat to Hawaii. If anything changes, we’ll let you know on air! Stay safe, friends!
