Texas Style Smoked Armadillo Eggs🌶️🍔💣

Ingredients:
- 6 jalapeños (cored & deseeded)
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb of bacon
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic powder each
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce for glaze

Steps:
1. Stuff jalapeños with shredded cheese & cream cheese mixed together
2. Season ground beef and wrap around stuffed peppers
3. Wrap each with 2-3 pieces of bacon
4. Smoke for ~2 hours at 325F basting with bbq sauce regularly
