No toys?? Do not worry, parents!

Just give your kids paper, scissors, and colored pencils!

Check out what my kids were doing with just these three things!!

They have been doing this for years.

Mommy has to clean up all the little pieces of paper all over the table and floor afterward… BUT they played for hours!!

Totally worth the cleanup!

Sometimes kids really do not need more toys. Just give them a few simple things and let their creativity take over!

Don't we just love mice??

They sneak into the house quietly, hide where we can't see them, and start destroying things little by little.

That's what made me think about our hearts too. Sometimes lies, fear, bitterness, pride, or temptation sneak in quietly. At first, they may seem small- but if we leave them there, they can slowly damage what God is building in us. Don't let them be your best friend.

Just like we inspect our house for mice, we need to inspect our hearts and compare everything with God's words.

Cute little mouse. Dangerous little visitor.

Guard your heart.
