Movie Night in the Heart of Chicago!

Party People had the pleasure of producing an unforgettable Movie in the Park at The Green at 320 — a stunning outdoor space with the Chicago skyline as the backdrop.

We built a custom trussing structure to support our massive 15' x 8' Modular LED wall, giving guests a crystal-clear viewing experience any time of day — no need to wait for sunset!

With great food, refreshing drinks, and the city buzzing around, it was a perfect summer night under the stars (and screens).

Celebrating Pride at NWI Pride Fest 2025 🌈
June 7–8 | Riverview Park, Lake Station, IN

We were proud to be part of this year’s NWI Pride Fest, a two-day celebration of love, identity, and community, held at Riverview Park and hosted by The Interfaith Collective in partnership with Indiana Youth Group (IYG). The event brought together the LGBTQ+ community and allies for a weekend filled with vibrant energy — featuring live performances, food, drinks, music, and so much more.

As part of the festivities, we provided full Audio/Visual support to bring the celebration to life. Our setup included:

🎓 Ivy Tech Lake County Commencement 2025 – Highlight Reel 🎬

Relive the energy, the emotion, and the unforgettable moments from this year’s graduation ceremony! On May 8th, we had the honor of supporting Ivy Tech’s Class of 2025 as they crossed the stage and into their next chapter. 💚

Our team helped set the stage (literally!) at the Dean & Barbara White Community Center in Merrillville, IN, providing:
