On October 16th, 2025, we had the honor of supporting the Annual Fall Fête Fundraiser for Lawrence Hall — an organization that has been transforming lives for 160 years. Lawrence Hall’s mission to help children and adolescents heal from trauma through therapy, youth development, and residential programs is nothing short of life-changing, and we’re always grateful to play a part in their work.

This event was hosted by our great friend Brett Walkow, who once again did an absolutely amazing job bringing energy, heart, and plenty of smiles to the evening!

We were proud to provide full Audio/Video production for the Fall Fête, including:

What an inspiring day of worship and community!

On October 12th, 2025, we were honored to support the Mill Race Park Worship Crusade, hosted by Christ Embassy Columbus Indiana at the beautiful Mill Race Park Amphitheater. The event brought together powerful moments of worship, salvation, baptisms, healing, and miracles — a truly transformative experience for everyone who attended.

To help elevate the message and music, we provided a 15' x 8' LED Video Wall, serving as a dynamic backdrop for the sermons and live performances. It was a blessing to help create an atmosphere where attendees could connect more deeply with the event’s purpose and spirit.

Grateful to have been part of such a meaningful day!

What an unforgettable night! ✨
On September 6th, 2025, we were proud to support Celebration Under The Stars — a spectacular free community event hosted by the City of Elkhart and The Lerner Theatre, featuring legendary performances by Kool & the Gang and The Commodores.

This one-of-a-kind celebration transformed Elkhart’s Central Green with world-class production as part of The Lerner’s 100th anniversary. The atmosphere was electric, the music iconic, and the crowd incredible!

We were honored to provide the dual LED screens and live camera coverage, making sure everyone — even those all the way in the back — had a crystal-clear view of the concert. Helping bring this vision to life and being part of an event that showcases Elkhart’s creativity, community spirit, and commitment to unforgettable experiences means the world to us.

Movie Night in the Heart of Chicago!

Party People had the pleasure of producing an unforgettable Movie in the Park at The Green at 320 — a stunning outdoor space with the Chicago skyline as the backdrop.

We built a custom trussing structure to support our massive 15' x 8' Modular LED wall, giving guests a crystal-clear viewing experience any time of day — no need to wait for sunset!

With great food, refreshing drinks, and the city buzzing around, it was a perfect summer night under the stars (and screens).

Celebrating Pride at NWI Pride Fest 2025 🌈
June 7–8 | Riverview Park, Lake Station, IN

We were proud to be part of this year’s NWI Pride Fest, a two-day celebration of love, identity, and community, held at Riverview Park and hosted by The Interfaith Collective in partnership with Indiana Youth Group (IYG). The event brought together the LGBTQ+ community and allies for a weekend filled with vibrant energy — featuring live performances, food, drinks, music, and so much more.
