CPI Security scores another major legal win over Vivint in its $189.7M tortious interference case.

A U.S. appeals court has upheld the original verdict issued in February 2023, finding Vivint guilty of engaging in deceptive sales practices.

“The only appeal left is to the United States Supreme Court, who is almost certain to deny to hear the case,” said Ken Kirschenbaum, Principal of Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C.
