END OF WATCH — WARM SPRINGS POLICE OFFICER CHRIS FISHER KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY

Warm Springs Police Officer Chris Fisher has died after being killed in the line of duty early Tuesday.

The loss of an officer who dedicated his life to serving and protecting his community is a heartbreaking moment for his family, fellow officers, and everyone he served.

Gov. Brian Kemp called the death a tragic reminder of the dangers law enforcement officers face every day while serving their communities. He also asked Georgians to keep Officer Fisher’s family and fellow officers in their prayers.
