After three and a half years living in the United States, I’ve come to love and deeply respect this country. It’s the land that gave me the opportunity to build a home, to start over, and to keep moving forward.
Every time I attend an event and witness the reverence shown to the flag—or even when a Zoom meeting begins with the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance—I feel admiration for the way people honor their nation. It’s a powerful reminder of unity, pride, and shared values.
Today, I observe this day with gratitude for the heroes of this great nation—those who have given everything to keep the United States free and sovereign. My deepest respect goes to the men and women who have served, to their children, and to the generations that follow.
Thank you, America, for welcoming me and showing me what patriotism truly means. 🇺🇸❤️
