Remember when Carano was let go back in 2021 after her controversial social media posts? Well, it’s been a wild ride ever since, and now, the dispute is finally settled.

In her lawsuit, Carano claimed that Disney fired her because of her conservative views, arguing that her termination was both discriminatory and unfair. She even got some backing from Elon Musk, who funded her legal battle through his platform X. Talk about drama!

While the terms of the settlement are still hush-hush, both Disney and Carano have expressed a desire to move forward. Disney gave a nod to her professionalism, and Carano, full of gratitude, thanked Musk for his support while looking ahead to future projects. So, could we see a Mandalorian reunion? Who knows!

Grab your phones, besties, because the tea out of Georgia is hot and tragic. This morning, an active shooter opened fire on Fort Stewart, one of the largest U.S. Army bases in the country, injuring five soldiers and sending the entire base and nearby schools into lockdown mode. 😳💔

The chaos erupted just before 11 a.m. when shots rang out in the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team area. The base quickly went into lockdown at 11:04 a.m., and thanks to rapid military response, the suspect was taken into custody by 11:35 a.m. That’s right under 30 minutes, y’all. 👏🏾

All five injured soldiers were rushed to Winn Army Community Hospital, and thankfully, no fatalities have been reported. But don’t get it twisted—this situation is serious, and federal investigators, including the FBI, are now on the case.

🧠 What We Know So Far:
• 5 soldiers injured during the shooting
• Suspect is in custody
• Lockdown lifted after swift military response
• No current threat to the public or the base
• Investigators are still working to identify the suspect and motive

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and the White House have both been briefed. Meanwhile, families of soldiers and local communities are holding their breath, waiting for more answers.

Martha Nolan O’Slatarra, a 33-year-old Irish swimwear designer behind the rising brand East x East, was tragically found dead on a boat docked at the Montauk Yacht Club. Witnesses say they heard screaming just before midnight on August 5.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, and now the Suffolk County Homicide Squad is on the case. An autopsy is pending, and police are treating the death as suspicious.

Martha had recently opened a pop-up in the Hamptons and was known for her vibrant personality and luxury bikini line. Fans and friends are heartbroken.

Whew the tea is hot besties. President Donald Trump is threatening to sn**ch control of Washington DC right out of Mayor Bowser’s hands after a brutal attack on 19-year-old Edward Coristine also known as Big Balls a former DOGE staffer and current Social Security employee. Yes you read that right. Big Balls was viciously beaten during an attempted carjacking and now Trump is ready to call the shots.

According to reports Edward was out in Logan Circle when a group of teens ran up on him and his partner. He shoved his partner into the car to protect them and ended up getting jumped. Two 15-year-olds were arrested but the rest got away. He walked away with a concussion and his iPhone 16 gone.

Trump hopped on Truth Social like a man on a mission posting a graphic photo of Edward and calling DC out of control. He’s demanding that teens as young as 14 get charged as adults and warned if the city doesn’t tighten up he will federalize it himself. Yes ma’am the former commander in chief is not playing.

Now let’s get into the facts. Trump can’t just wave a wand and take over DC. He would need Congress to roll back the Home Rule Act of 1973 to make that happen. But he can send in the National Guard or temporarily take control of DC police under emergency powers. So the threat is real enough.

The wild part is crime in DC is actually down this year. But Trump and his followers say youth violence is spiraling and this attack is proof.
