This showcase was proudly supported by Revo+.Our Grand Winner, receiving a cash prize of 1 million naira, is IMOLE, produced and directed by Oyinola Solanke.The First Runner-Up, with a cash prize of 700,000 naira, is ANGLE IN THE STONE, produced and directed by Faith Olaewe.The Second Runner-Up, winning a cash prize of 300,000 naira, is YET ANOTHER GENIUS, produced and directed by Sonia John.A huge congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to all participants for their incredible effort, courage, and talent. Revo+ Open Call for Submissions/Commissioning from Independent filmmakers, writers, content creators, Story/concept developers as well as Film Studios and Media Organizations

MOVIES/TV SERIES TO BE CONSIDERED ARE:

Movies/TV series that Capture the essence of Nigerian cinema and Television with compelling movie/TV series concepts that entertain, inspire, and provoke thought.

These genres include:
Dramas, Romantic comedies, Comedies, Action thrillers, Fantasy, Musicals, Epic, Crime, Biography, Historical, Supernatural, Adventure

Submissions should reflect the highest standards of creativity, originality, and production quality.

Submission Guidelines:
Please submit a detailed pitch outlining your project concept, including the synopsis, genre, target audience, production budget, and short bios of the key creative team members: The Writer, Director, and Producer.
Include any relevant supporting materials such as treatment documents, trailers, sizzle reels, or previous work samples if available.
Story pitches are meant to be in English.
Submissions should be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Revo+ Pitch Submission: [Project Title]."
The deadline for submissions is 30th July 2024. We look forward to reviewing your pitches and discovering the next generation of Nigerian/African talents both home and in the diaspora.
