Awesome day today because we finally officially signed with Konga Music for representation in Spain and Portugal. I've been trying to get with this company for well over 5 years now, but they have just not been taking on any new labels....until now.

And I'm proud that 10 West Music was one of the handful of production music catalogs that they chose to bring on. Hard work, persistence, and the pursuit of perfection always pay off.

Time to rock.

A year or 2 ago, I realized that we were a bit lacking in our "Country" offerings. Oh sure, we have Country Hip Hop and Urban Country, but there was no actual, pure Country.

And now there are 2 Country albums. The latest one simply entitled "Country Songs" has been in the works for months, and boy howdy am I glad to finally see it come to completion. This one wore me out.

Typically, production music isn't made for "listening enjoyment". But some production music albums are indeed good for listening enjoyment, and those we like to release to digital and streaming.

Typically production music isn't made for "listening enjoyment". I mean, who the hell is gonna listen to an album of investigative tension or urban dramedy while driving down PCH with the top down?

Probably no one unless you're the actual composer and you're doing the car-stereo test on your mixes lol!

But some production music albums are indeed good for listening enjoyment, and those we also release to digital and streaming.

Lovely new 10 West album of authentic Greek music written and produced by an authentic Greek composer (Walter Pappas)!

I visited Greece a couple of years ago and the food, the scenery, the people were all so amazing. I actually took this picture myself on Mykonos, so the cover is most definitely NOT AI. Just a few enhancements from Photoshop, and voila. Or should I say, "Opa!"

While the 10 West catalog excels in Sports music, Classical, International, Cooking, Indie Rock, and a variety of wacky unique styles (I mean, where else are you gonna find "Traditional Korean" music?). But I think our selection of tension and investigative tracks is unmatched.

One of our composers pointed this 10 West track of his out the other day from a German series "Tödlicher Himalaya". Track plays from 3:59 - 5:04.
